Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of The Patriarch Group Adventures ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting a booking enquiry or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

The Patriarch Group Adventures is a tour and travel company registered and operating in Nairobi, Kenya. We specialise in safaris, honeymoon packages, spiritual tourism, medical tourism, charity tourism, hotel booking, and flight ticket reservation.

2. Booking & Enquiries

All bookings and reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation from us and payment of the required deposit. Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to info@thepatriarchgroupadventures.com. The following charges apply:

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

4. Changes to Bookings

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes to confirmed bookings, subject to availability. Amendment fees may apply. Changes to flight tickets are subject to the airline's own terms and fare conditions.

5. Pricing

All prices quoted on our website are indicative and subject to change based on availability, season, exchange rates, and supplier costs. A firm price will be confirmed in writing before your booking is finalised. Prices are quoted in KES or USD as indicated.

6. Flights & Third-Party Services

Where we arrange flights, accommodation, or other third-party services on your behalf, we act as an agent. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of airlines, hotels, or other suppliers. Their own terms and conditions will apply to those services.

7. Liability

The Patriarch Group Adventures shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay arising from:

8. Travel Documents & Visas

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport, visa, and any required travel permits for your destination. We can advise on requirements but bear no responsibility for denied entry or visa refusals.

9. Health & Safety

You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to travel and for obtaining any required vaccinations. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before travelling to regions with specific health advisories.

10. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and loss of belongings. We can assist with sourcing suitable insurance on request.

11. Website Use

12. Governing Law
